My Story...

My journey with Homeopathy began over two decades ago, inspired by a deeply personal experience. I trained at the South Downs School of Homeopathy in Chichester, West Sussex, and have been a registered Homeopath for 21 years. I’m also a proud member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.

I discovered Homeopathy through my youngest son, who is now 31. He was born with a heart condition and, from just a day old, was given a variety of drugs and antibiotics. By the age of two, he was off the medication, but his immune system remained very weak. He was constantly unwell with coughs and colds, and I found myself at the doctor’s almost every other week. While I was reluctant to keep him on antibiotics, I didn’t know what alternatives were available.

A friend suggested I see a Homeopath—and it was truly transformative. The change in my son was remarkable. His immune system grew stronger, and he was rarely ill after that. That was many years ago, and he has hardly needed to see a doctor since.

This experience inspired me to train as a Homeopath myself. I’m passionate about helping others discover the benefits of Homeopathy and empowering them to take control of their health—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

In 2012, I moved with my family from Sussex to the beautiful countryside of Shropshire. Since then, I’ve been committed to supporting the local community and helping people realise they have real choices when it comes to their health and wellbeing.

I currently share my time between two practices.

Essential Bodyworks in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hales Osteopathic Practice in Market Drayton.
